Every once in a while i can get a good deal on lp’s or cd’s offered on the dutch local Ebay market called “Marktplaats”. Today i bought three beautiful Robert Wyatt albums for a real soft price. The real masterpiece of the three is the “Rockbottom” album .
Robert Wyatt hit rock bottom after a fall which paralyzed him for life. The strange and introvert music of this album was written shortly before and after the fall. I can’t wait to receive the cd’s and copy the songs to my phone, listening to the music on my bike rides to and from work.
