This time i didn’t have to go to Sweden to see Daniel Norgren perform. He came to Zwolle, the city i work, for a concert in his “Alabursy” european tour. It was a beautiful concert. No more ‘One man Band’ thing… Instead he played a lot more piano, sometimes the accordian and very intense guitar. A lot of songs from his latest album but also some older songs of which “Moonshine got me” was a real thriller! And i’m so proud of the limited edition, home made by the big man himself, Alesbury album that i bought after the gig. Here’s a beautiful song called “Like there was a door” and a very intense version of “Moonshine got me”, recorded by Mercedes on a Kodak PlaySport handycam and audio was recorded by me on a Zoom H2 Handy Recorder at the Hedon Music Club, Zwolle (NL) on the fourth of may, 2015.
