Yes, it’s a little bit early, not even half the year has passed. But the new album of Ben Watt could very well become the ‘Album of the year 2014’ I love the music of Ben Watt ever since he had teamed up with Tracey Thorn as Everything but the girl.
After that Ben Watt released a fine solo album with guest Robert Wyatt, and later he concentrated on his DJ-work. But now he’s back with a great solo album. The three songs below are from the BBC 2 Bob Harris radio program ‘In Session’.
