One of the first albums that blew me away was an album by the “Mr. Albert Show – Warm Motor”. Dutch rock from a band of the southern part of the Netherlands. Front man Bertus Borgers gathered more fame later on with his band Sweet d’ Buster and with recordings with Herman Brood and Golden Earring. Here’s a clip in which he pays tribute to the jukebox. Unfortunately his story is in dutch but i’m sure most of you will recognize the message: “in the times before internet…”
